Our Presence

RASME operates from Bangalore in India and caters to Middle East region from Dubai. Bangalore office caters to the demand across the Country like Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Goa, Mumbai, Calcutta, Patna, Punjab, Delhi NCR and Pune with temporary delivery offices at each location while main support and back end services are rendered through the Bangalore Head Quarter. Dubai office caters to the growing needs of the Middle East Region and all other overseas requirements.

Manjunath Sabanis
Director

Manjunath Sabanis founder and Director of RASME, he looks after India, Dubai & overseas operations. He has 25+ years of vast experience from various fields of Architecture while his strengths are Retail, Corporate, Hospitals & Pharma Industry. His expertise in the architecture process is rooted in a philosophy we call ‘inside-out design’. It’s an approach that starts with the ‘inside’ needs of the company, i.e. the needs of our people and the objectives of your business. This resulted in the RASME form tailored to our client’s current and future needs.

Madhusudan Nagar
Director

Madhusudan Nagar is the co-founder and Director of RASME, He looks after PAN India Design-Build & Turnkey operations. He is growing young with 20 years of professional experience with a proven track record of project management, project planning, engineering, quality assurance ability. Even the simplest of designs need a solid construction process in place to bring them to life. His integrating construction professionalism in the early stages of a project and continual design team involvement until delivery, his enhance control and collaboration to delivery high-quality design-build results that exceed expectations

I came to know RASME through BOSCH and with little interactions with Madhu (Director), and got impressed with their work at the office and decided to give my housework at HSR Layout and Flat renovation at Adarsh palace in J P Nagar. It was a good experience to work with their team and they met my requirement. I would say it was a professional touch to complete the entire supply chain. I am happy to say that work was carried out to my satisfaction i.e deadline and quality. Very happy about the skill level of their workforce too, particularly design, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical. The project work executed from RASME is to be appreciated for detailing, planning, and completing the work on time. It’s was really a challenge to execute the work inside the building which was already functioning 24×7 on research and development. RASME has smoothly managed to do so by allotting a full-time supervisor on-site, removal of debris on a daily basis, update on the work status before start-up, and end on every day. No contamination/dust/noise/ safety issue was reported during the project work. I will be happy to work with RASME in the future too for upcoming projects.
