The term “Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR)” can be used to integrate economic, environmental and social objectives with the company’s operations and growth .“ The2019 Indian floodswere a series of floods that affected over thirteen states in late July and early August 2019, due to incessant rains. At least 200 people died and about a million people were displaced. Karnataka and Maharashtra were the most severely affected states. It was the heaviest monsoon in the last 25 years. More than 1600 people died between June and October 2019. Team Rasme took up it’s first initiative towards 2019 Karnataka flood relief fund. Every Employee contributed some amount towards this noble cause. An amount of Rs. 50,000/-was collected and contributed to Veterinary Doctor’s association to feed & take care of all the rescued cattle.

I came to know RASME through BOSCH and with little interactions with Madhu (Director), and got impressed with their work at the office and decided to give my housework at HSR Layout and Flat renovation at Adarsh palace in J P Nagar. It was a good experience to work with their team and they met my requirement. I would say it was a professional touch to complete the entire supply chain. I am happy to say that work was carried out to my satisfaction i.e deadline and quality. Very happy about the skill level of their workforce too, particularly design, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical. The project work executed from RASME is to be appreciated for detailing, planning, and completing the work on time. It’s was really a challenge to execute the work inside the building which was already functioning 24×7 on research and development. RASME has smoothly managed to do so by allotting a full-time supervisor on-site, removal of debris on a daily basis, update on the work status before start-up, and end on every day. No contamination/dust/noise/ safety issue was reported during the project work. I will be happy to work with RASME in the future too for upcoming projects.
