Convention Hall @ Patna

The property is about 50 years old and is located at the heart of the patna city. When the project was assigned to team rasme, the site had only sheds as the property is located in industrial area. Team rasme took up the project with great enthusiasm and worked out a design proposal in such a way that the old sheds were retained, few containers were suggested, roofing system was upgraded, façade treatment to give royal look, landscape design and also re-worked on the complete master plan. The outcome was outstanding building complex, well within the assigned budget and an excellent space for all indian weddings and various other events.
